Happy Friday!
What a week it has been at work. I am trying to do bi-weekly payroll, month end, quarter end and year end all at once. This is the most stressed I have been since I started this job last March.
It took me two days to balance my Federal Taxable Wages. I finally found the sneaky $82.74. Today was spent trying to balance gross wages for the quarter. It took me half a day, but I finished up about 5 minutes before time to go home today.
John is having folks over for poker tonight. I will probably sit in for a while.
On the stitching front, I am working on a blackwork project for Jessica's 16th birthday. She will be 16 in less than a month.
We are having a belated Christmas Dinner this Saturday because John, Jessica and I did not get to have our Christmas dinner this year. John's grandfather (mother's father) passed away the Friday before Christmas. So John and Jessica left to go to PA for a week. John and I spent our first Christmas apart. It was rough, but my Mom and Grandmother came over for the day.
Not much else on the agenda for the weekend. Jessica has an appointment with an modeling agent on Saturday. We are watching the New England game this weekend. I suspect I will be able to get some stitching in and maybe watch a couple of Netflix.
