Random thoughts..
1. I hate my job....but it's a paycheck and I have a car payment now.
2. People from foreign countries that move to the United States should learn to speak English. If I moved to their country, would they cater to my native tounge?

English is the most widely spoken language in the world. When people immigrate, the second their kids start in school, they pick up English, usually to a point where their first language starts to fade.
I've never understood why people feel threatened by the fact that the second adult newcomers cross our borders, they don't all know English yet.
It's Americans who are typically far more ignorant of other cultures and languages than people from other countries are of us.
(I worked in the public schools for 23 years, much of the time in a highly diverse community, and for several years as a teacher of English as a Second Language.)

Who said I feel threatened and are you calling me ignorant?
Just because I feel that our "American" companies and business should not cater to the non-English speaking people that live in our country. I think that if they want to live here, they should speak and read the language.
