Wow! It's been a while......

Lot's has happened since I posted last. I will try to remember it all.

My baby, Jessica, turned 15 in February. She got her learner's permit and is learning to drive. She also got her belly button pierced.

John has been traveling a lot. He's been to Vegas and Atlanta. He is also traveling to Birmingham a lot, since picking up another district. Lowe's has reorganized and he is now an Area Manager in charge of two districts. He had his yearly performance appraisal and is now ranked the top Area Manager in his region. His manager is working on getting him promoted in the next year or so. He will then be a Regional Manager and it will mean another move for us.

After many months of job searching, I finally found a new job. I am the Payroll Administrator for a retail company called Factory Connection. I have been searching for this type of position for the last two years. It's amazing what a week and a new job will do for the stress level. I am so much happier and this is a job that I think I will love.

Yesterday Jessica and I had a semi-pamper day. We got our hair cut and pedicures. Jessica got a trim and I got my hair cut really, really short. I was ready for a change and it will be cooler for the summer.

I've been stitching off and on. Reading a lot.
