Relay for Life

Tonight I am participating in my first ever Relay for Life for the American Cancer Society.

The CEO of our company is a cancer survivor and he wants us to do this. Although we are doing it, there are only 6 people in our company participating. THAT SUCKS!!!!!

Hopefully, if we do this again next year, we will have more people participating.

I have several family members that are cancer survivors and I also have had family members pass on because of cancer. That is why I am participating.

This is so funny, since I was born and raised in the south. My husband is from Pennsylvania, and we lived in PA for a couple of years. I guess I have picked up his accent or am more congnicant of the way I speak.
